Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you'll have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition, and in original packaging. You’ll also need your original order info so we can review and process your refund.

To start a return, please contact us at Hello@HoneyplumCelebrates.com. We’ll send full instructions on how and where to send your package. Returned items that do not meet the full return criteria may be assessed a restocking fee depending on the criteria not met. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are not able to be refunded. Please make sure to ship returns in a sturdy box, as items damaged enroute are not able to be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized, heavily discounted, overstock, or liquidation items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when your refund has been processed. Please remember it can 5-7 business days after your refund has been processed for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
